Generally, we ship your order using Hong Kong Post Office Services by SpeedPost International or International Registered Air Mail to overseas and by Registered Local First Class Mail to local, Hong Kong. You can choose which shipping method(if available) to be used while checking out for your shopping cart. The shipping charge shown while checking out includes the total shipping and handling fee as well as the insurance for your order is as option which you can choose at the same time.
Please bear in mind that the shipping charge in here is applied for the overseas destinations which are United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, France and Japan. The shipping charge will vary from place to place. The OEM and Bulk Packing Products generally have some variations from the retail version but often the price is relatively lower. Below is a list of the most common variations you may encounter.

OEM or Bulk Packing Products only come in a white or brown box or simply in anti-static wrap or plastic.

Accessories such as cables and screws may not be included.

User's Manual
User's manual may be abridged or not included. If you need more installation information, it is usually available at the manufacturer's website.

Software Bundle
Although OEM or Bulk Packing Products usually include necessary** drivers, they may not come with the more extensive software bundle that sometimes accompanies a retail product.
(**Note that many Plug and Play devices drivers are already included within Windows itself. Therefore there is no any additional driver is included.)

Technical Support
Many manufacturers will not offer full technical support to end users who have purchased OEM or Bulk Packing Products. Part of what you pay for when you purchase retail product is technical support. That cost is not included in the price of OEM or Bulk Packing Products.

Warranty Period
This is not normally the case except with CPUs. Usually the retail version of CPU has a 3 years warranty but the OEM or Bulk Packing version's warranty only lasts between 30 days to 1 year from product to product.
Please note that although rare, variations besides these are possible, it is always recommended that you compare the specifications of the OEM or Bulk Packing version with retail version to ensure that you are aware of the differences between them.

Refurbished Products
A product is considered as Refurbished if it has been released by the manufacturer as a reconditioned product or if the retail seal has been broken at some point. Manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, varies per product and will be stated in the warranty section of the product's detail page.
Back Orders
Normally, we carry an extensive range of stock but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will email and inform you when your order will be sent.

For obvious hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on any cosmetics that have been used.

Please email your request of Return of Merchandise with order number and description to our sales to obtain the RMA number first before sending your return to us. All returned products must be in their original packaging including manuals, accessories and etc.. After we get your request, we will inform you by email about the detail for returning products to us with RMA number.

After we receive your returned products, we will send you an email for confirmation and we will refund your money to you within a month.

Note that when we process your refund, you will receive a refund for the goods but not the delivery charge except we agree to waive this charge for the particular case.
