Order a couple of items and seemed they were never going to arrive. The error was with the French postal system (quel surprise). Michael was outstanding with information i asked about the delivery, even to the extent of providing photos of the items when they got returned to him. As i was moving from one end of the country to the other, Michael held on to the shipment for me and sent it to my new address and it arrived in 5 days. Cannot praise Michael and the store highly enough and if i am looking for something that is available on Colourful Zone then i will not hesitate to place the order. Hopefully it will extend the product range so i do not have to shop elsewhere! If you are thinking about placing an order but a bit doubtful over service, don't worry. Even at the other side of the planet i received better customer care than i do in some of my local shops!!
